IT Service Desk Analyst required for a leading global Law firm company.


As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be managing the internal IT systems as well as providing a managed services offering to a key client.

This position offers great opportunities for progression and career development within a growing company.

This position offers a hybrid environment of working from home and the office. 2 days office based in one of their office locations.

You will be working on a shift pattern that varies between 8:00am - 7:00pm

There will also be an on-call rota (weekdays & weekends) Generous bonus is included.


Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a service desk role
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Microsoft exposure
  • Windows exposure
