Search are exclusively partnering with a widely successful organisation, who are looking to attain a high calibre Management Accountant to join their team.

This individual will be driven and motivated to exploit the rapid progression opportunities withinthe business as well as develop their Business Partnering skills.

Based in Birmingham, this well established market leader are currently searching for this individual due to internal promotion.

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, the opportunity to develop commercial acumen is astute with exposure to non-financeprofessionals and dynamic stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Forecasting
Management of P/L
Identification of process improvements
Implementation of cost saving
Balance sheet compilation

Skills:

ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
Ability to deal with autonomy
Excellent communication skills
Strong excel skills
Confidence to partner at senior levels
