Cleaning Operative - Waste and Loading Bay

7:00-16:00 Monday-Friday

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Waste and Loading Bay Operative to work at a prestigious site in Knightsbridge. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety of the loading bay area.

You will work with other facilities team members to manage the waste streams frrom the office occupiers and the hotel.

Duties:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Toilet, washroom and kitchen cleaning
Waste removal and management of waste systems
Managing vehicle safety within the loading bay area
Managing onsite waste that enters the loading bay and ensuring this is correctly disposed of
Two way communication with the company and client using radio

Skills:

Spoken and written English is essential as you will be required to communicate with the client, security and members of the public
Basic understanding of computer systems e.g. helpdesk system
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and team members
