You have experience in Customer Service or a Client facing role and understand the importance of delivering impeccable service at all times.

You will need to have a professional telephone manner and experience building relationships with clients/customers.

You will be part of a client facing team that is responsible for fulfilment of our digital and printed marketing services products, so, you will need to be computer literate with experience using a CRM system

Main purpose of the Marketing Services Advisor role:

You will be part of a client facing team that is responsible for fulfilment of our digital and printed marketing services products.


In addition to this you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all marketing services products are fulfilled exactly to the clients' specification
  • Providing high quality service to clients and colleagues
  • Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaising with business partners and various other departments within Wilmington PLC, to ensure client queries are resolved within agreed SLA's
  • Issuing quotes, send and chase client proofs and manage workflow statuses on Salesforce
  • Accurately maintaining and updating client records and notes, adhering to GDPR regulations at all times
  • Processing invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
  • Identifying and resolving problems as they occur

You will also need the following skills:

  • Tech savvy, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and enjoys working with multiple software programs
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to complete tasks accurately with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dedicated space free from disruptions
  • Passionate about delivering high quality customer service and experience in a similar client facing role
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce, or similar)
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A strong team player who is willing to support others with tasks
  • An excellent communicator, with excellent written and oral English
