Our European Business Operations Team is an integrated team comprised of four core-capabilities, Customer Experience, Planning, Logistics, and Process Excellence.

INVISTA by providing a superior buying experience to our preferred partners, through developing an agile, reliable and efficient supply chain, and developing a deep understanding of what our preferred partners value.

We have internships available for a Business Operations Specialist to join our team within one of the four core functions mentioned above.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual who will thrive within our Principled-Based Management culture.

What You Will Do In Your Role:

Work collaboratively with the Global Business Operations Team to identify, design, and implement solutions for improving our processes and counterparty's experience.
Continuously improve processes and platforms to significantly reduce touches, rework, handoffs, and other lowvalue activities across our value chains.
Build a robust knowledge network and processes across our supply chain, rapidly increasing our rate of learning, driving decision making that maximizes
INVISTA and partners' integrated longterm value.
Opportunity to work with PowerBI to develop dashboards and apps for use within the Global Business Operations Team.
Support towards a commercial capability with business acumen, including PointofView development, economical thinking, appropriate risktaking, and trading mentality.
Role specific responsibilities (determined upon interview and based on individual interest):

Customer Experience _

Gain experience in the Order-to-Cash fulfilment process and learn our customers values.

Planning _

Learn what it means to be a regional Supply & Demand Planner through reallife experience in one of our Core Businesses.

Logistics _

Own responsibilities that build your understanding of the logistics complexities and how to be agile.

Process Excellence _

Experience what it takes to lead a project from start to finish, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating value through a realistic strategy.

The Experience You Will Bring:

Requirements:

You will be studying in a field that contributes to Supply Chain.
Be proactive with a contribution mindset, and have strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
You will have excellent communication and an ability to articulate your ideas and point of view to a wider group of stakeholders.
Have an aptitude towards any of the following: Technology / Artificial Intelligence / Prescriptive Analytics.
