The Role:


As a Service Delivery Team Lead, you will work directly with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prechecking contracts before they are processed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining and developing client accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Handling daytoday customer issues and queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Retaining customers through proactive communication and problemsolving.
  • Managing the ordering process for various telecommunications services, including licences, CPS, WLR, Data, Number Porting, and SIP Services.
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs and escalation procedures.
  • Monitoring and processing orders and tickets within specified timeframes.
  • Providing training and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on achieving high levels of accuracy.
  • Flexible work approach and ability to perform in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience working with CRMs.
  • Previous experience in a team lead role.
