The Role:
As a Service Delivery Team Lead, you will work directly with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prechecking contracts before they are processed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining and developing client accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Handling daytoday customer issues and queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Retaining customers through proactive communication and problemsolving.
- Managing the ordering process for various telecommunications services, including licences, CPS, WLR, Data, Number Porting, and SIP Services.
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs and escalation procedures.
- Monitoring and processing orders and tickets within specified timeframes.
- Providing training and support to team members as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a focus on achieving high levels of accuracy.
- Flexible work approach and ability to perform in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience working with CRMs.
- Previous experience in a team lead role.
