Description

We are currently recruiting for a number of Picker / Packer Assistants for our client, a renowned Airline Catering company, based in Crawley, supplying to Gatwick Airport.

Duties include

1. To check all products prior to packing.
To ensure all airline products are packed / loaded to specification.
Pack carts to the required standard and in accordance with passenger numbers.
Ensuring stock levels are maintained to the required levels.
Stock rotation to get maximum shelf life.
Compliance to HMRC regulations.
Record and report breakages i.e., china, glass.
Carry out final search and screening function.
Regularly lifting weights between 12-15kg, includes (repetitive overhead lifting).
Adhere to inflight services security compliance.
Adhere to cleaning and hygiene standards.
Any other duties as requested by your manager.
Adhere to Unit safety measures in place.
Adhere to inflight services security compliance.
Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all

times.

You must be flexible to work within other departments of the unit, as and when required by the business. Ideally you will have experience of working in a team and the ability to work well under pressure. You'll also require good literacy and communication skills.

These are full time positions, working rotating earlies and late shifts and the shift pattern is 4 days on, 2 days off.
