As a business we are experiencing growth through delivering additional revenue streams and we have a requirement for a Co-Ordinator for our Facilities Management Department in the Wirral area.


The Role

  • Attend Weekly/Monthly team meetings and provide feedback on processes
  • Schedule works daily for the teams on the ground
  • Communicate with clients on completions and new works to schedule
  • Send completion reports to clients using CRM system
  • Add new sites and clients to CRM system as required
  • Communicate with operative and Operations Manager to ensure seamless service
  • Work closely with other departments to drive efficiencies
  • Understand full suite of services to meet client service expectations

Job Hours and Working Environment

Training


Training is provided with this role, you will be given extensive CRM system training as most of your time will be using this system to co-ordinate works and schedule operatives.

You will also be given training on the services we provide and a detailed session on how we deliver these services to clients to allow you to service accounts effectively and identify additional needs and pass to the relevant account manager.

  • Annual Salary Range £20,000 to £22,500 (depending on experience)
