The university is looking to appoint a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Coordinator (Student Support and Wellbeing)


To coordinate the delivery of teaching and learning, and student administration activities, and manage the work of the team across the area assigned to, including Student and Academic Services team Course Delivery or Student Administration teams; Academic Development; Institute of Teaching and Learning; Taught Programme Enhancement; Policy and Procedure; Appeals, Complaints and Malpractice; Scheduling; and Assessment, Scheduling and Processes roles; Faculty based roles, and School based Student Record and Data Quality; Curriculum and Programmes; Assessment and Progression; Fitness to Practise; Accreditation; Clinical Delivery/Placements; Online and Blended Learning (OBL); Teacher Training; and Validation roles.


To support colleagues to embed locally and University-wide a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do, with support for a single PS team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.


To support senior colleagues in the delivery of strategic and operational management across all areas of Student Administration, Teaching and Learning, and enhancement of the student experience, depending on assignment.
