Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Maker to join our team for an immediate start.

As a Sushi Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and creating delicious sushi dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties:

• Prepare sushi rolls and other sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and prepared for use
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food preparation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate timing and delivery of sushi orders
• Assist with meal preparation and other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
• Knowledge of sushi making techniques and familiarity with different types of sushi rolls
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Understanding of food safety practices and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Culinary training or certification is a plus, but not required

Please note that all positions within our company are paid, including internship positions.
