An independent Building Consultancy are looking to add a professional Senior Building Surveyor to their Birmingham team.


The Senior Building Surveyor role


The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working with industry leading clients across the commercial property sectors, supporting services including technical due diligence, acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, planned maintenance,party wall and neighbourly matters.


This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to expand their industry knowledge and experience within a supportive consultancy, offering great career development with a path straight to Associate Director.


The Senior Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • Ideally MRICS
  • Consultancy background
  • Experience working on the mentioned professional services
  • Project Delivery experience
