Location:
South East England (hybrid working with multiple offices available)

Contract: 3 months temp contract with a potential to become permanent

Hours of work:
flexibility considered from full time - 5 days/week (37 hours) to part time of 3 days/week

Rate of pay:
up to £18/h dependent on experience

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills and tenacity. Previous exposure/good understanding of Oracle-based systems and understanding of contract principles are highly beneficial.

This role would be a great fit for a current student of Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, Procurement or an experienced Commercial Assistant alike.

This is a business-critical role, and these are some of the responsibilities:

Act as a first point of contact for contractors
Validate payments and quotes
Coordinate contracts
Interrogate data and draw strategic conclusions
Work in conjunction with internal teams safety, legal, finance
Producing and maintaining contract files
Ensuring invoices are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with contract terms
