Artis Recruitment are currently supporting a leading global organisation in London with the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Partner for a permanent full time position.

This role offers remote working with occasional travel required to the head officein Bristol and a salary of £35-45,000pa.

Main purpose of role:


This role will support the Digital Customer Experience / Marketing Centre of Excellence with core HR activities, focussing primarily on recruitment, onboarding and ensuring the smooth running of all people-focussed team administration.


Duties:


  • You will be responsible for undertaking all HR administrative duties within the team in conjunction with the People Services team
  • You will be the first point of contact for new hires, helping them to onboard successfully into their respective teams
  • You will ensure talent is engaged and committed to by understanding their needs and contributing to the development of an exceptional employee culture and experience
  • You will liaise and stay connected to Group HR

Person specification/competencies:

  • Experience working in a fastpaced startup environment in a HR / Talent type role
  • Recruitment background, in particular for technology roles (Product, Design, Engineering)
  • Passionate about Culture
  • Knowledgeable on People & HR bestpractice
  • Impeccable written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and motivated
  • Experience in tech, startup / scaleup
  • Global or European oriented
