  • Sales orders administration
  • Purchase orders administration
  • Client liaison for coordination of deliveries and engineering services.
  • Quality testing and reporting
  • Liaison with suppliers
  • Support Engineering sales and direct costs reporting
  • Stock organisation and reporting

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Sales and Purchase Ledger experience
  • Numeracy and accuracy
  • Experience in an admin and secretarial role
  • Customer service experience
  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
