- Sales orders administration
- Purchase orders administration
- Client liaison for coordination of deliveries and engineering services.
- Quality testing and reporting
- Liaison with suppliers
- Support Engineering sales and direct costs reporting
- Stock organisation and reporting
The Successful Applicant:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Sales and Purchase Ledger experience
- Numeracy and accuracy
- Experience in an admin and secretarial role
- Customer service experience
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
