Legal Secretary - Conveyancing Secretary

Location:
Winchester offices

Shift:
Full-time (3-4 days a week)

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Conveyancing Secretary to join our dynamic team in Winchester offices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare documents including Land Registry forms and lease extensions.
  • Manage internal and external telephone queries efficiently.
  • Assist in the billing process and completion of statements and forms.
  • File management: opening files, sending contract packs, and managing financial transactions.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficient audio typist.
  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
This position requires on-site presence; it is exclusively an in-office role.
