Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks and food.
- Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and operating the cash register
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required as training is provided.
- Knowledge of basic maths skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks and serve customers efficiently
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
