Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct sports coaching sessions for individuals or teams
  • Develop training programs and strategies to improve athletes' skills and performance
  • Teach athletes the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport
  • Provide feedback and guidance to athletes to help them improve their performance
  • Monitor and evaluate athletes' progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
  • Ensure the safety of athletes during training sessions and competitions
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate team activities
  • Communicate with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding team schedules, performance, and expectations

Experience:


  • Previous experience in sports coaching or relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of the specific sport(s) being coached
  • Ability to educate and motivate athletes of different ages and skill levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


As a Sports Coach, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire athletes while helping them develop their skills in a specific sport.

You will be responsible for planning and conducting coaching sessions, developing training programs, teaching the rules and techniques of the sport, providing feedback to athletes, ensuring their safety during training sessions, and collaborating with other coaches.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sports coaching or a relevant field.

You should have a strong knowledge of the specific sport(s) being coached and the ability to educate and motivate athletes of different ages and skill levels.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are also essential.

Salary:
£80.00-£95.00 per day
