Part Time Compliance Manager

3 days per week with hybrid working, flexible hours available

£25,000 actual earnings plus a vast range of benefits
This is a part time role working 3 days a week and also offers 'hybrid' working.

The pro rata'd salary is £25,000 and there is extensive benefits including hybrid working, additional annual leave, private medical insurance, wellness programme and much more.


What you will be involved with as the Compliance Manager:

  • Developing and implementing practices relating to compliance across various departments
  • Being ahead of FCA regulations in terms of any possible changes, monitoring and reporting on your findings, communicating these to management
  • Monitoring compliance with laws, with FCA regulations and with internal policies
  • Regular communication and meetings with internal staff to ensure clarity on all regulations
  • Completing extensive investigations with any areas of noncompliance or any challenges with compliance and reporting back to Management in cases of higher levels of escalation
  • Ensuring all company documentation, sales and marketing material and website information is up to date and fully compliant
  • Involved with additional project work relating to Consumer Duty, looking at methodology and approach

  • Strong experience gained within compliance, internal audit or QA within an FCA regulated organisation
  • A good understanding of FCA guidelines and able to demonstrate your knowledge of regulatory guidance and obligations
  • Superb levels of attention to detail with the ability to report on information and on your findings
  • Able to look strategically at Compliance as a key function within the business, identifying new areas for change and implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to offer insight in varying areas
  • Able to work independently and motivate others, working closely with colleagues to highlight Compliance as a very key business area
