Job Summary


The incumbent will also support marketing activities, mainly in London, such as presentations to schools, open days, recruitment fairs, together with supporting any company events.

Finally, they will be in regular contact with the finance office with the aim of verifying the payment status of enrolled students and will cooperate with the other departments as needed.


Key purpose of the role

  • Managing the direct inbox;
  • Communicating with prospective students on a daily basis;
  • To be the first point of contact for direct applicants' orientation activities;
  • To advise applicants to prepare relevant visa/UKVI supporting documentation in line with HEP institutional requirements and policy;
  • To review, issue and monitor visas for suitable & eligible applicants in a timely manner and in line with the latest UKVI CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) policy;
  • To support the Student Recruitment Manager with direct recruitment related tasks and weekly reports preparation;
  • To support in managing the Admissions inbox;
  • To support recruitment activities such as open days, fairs and presentations to Schools;
  • To be available to travel occasionally to attend UK fairs;
  • To collaborate closely with Programme Leaders during the admission process;
  • Keeping all the platforms used updated;
  • To achieve target and objectives set;

Education and desirable skills

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the higher education industry
  • Experienced in creating reports and database management
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft package and Mac system
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of Italian or Mandarin is a plus
  • Personal skills: ability to work under pressure, flexibility to travel, teamwork skills, commercial approach, organisation and attention to details
  • Experience in working with targets and objectives
