I'm currently working with the sister company of a Tier 1 Bank, an excellent B2B asset finance company regulated by the FCA who are looking to add a Commercial Legal Counsel to their team.

They main service is providing vendor and equipment finance to businessacross a breadth of industries such as Transport, Agriculture, Technology, Medical & Public Sector.

The role sits between their high-flying seasoned Head of Legal and their Paralegal.

The legal team offers a very collaborative and close-knit culture with excellent career development opportunities and a high level of autonomy.


The workload will primarily involve commercial contracts but provides the platform to get involved in a variety of matters such as pre-litigation, regulatory, risk, internal legal ops.

You will be liaising with various internal departments at all levelsof seniority, as well as external counsel and vendors.
