Temporary Facilities Management Receptionist x2

£10.98 per hour PAYE


37 Monday - Friday, normal working hours

This opening assignment is for 1-2 months

City:
BRADFORD

Provide a professional front-line receptionist service to internal and external customers of the organisation. Support the Technical Support Officer/Reception Supervisor in delivering an efficient and effective Facilities Management service


Key Responsibilities:


  • Signing in customers.
  • Contacting Social workers when visitors arrive.
  • Dealing with queries
  • Management of meeting room system
  • Accepting recorded deliveries and recording.
  • Liaising with caretakers on site.
  • General Reception duties

Qualifications:

  • Customer Services Qualification
  • English and Mathematics Qualifications

Experience:


  • Relevant customer and reception service experience 3 years.
  • Experience of operating an effective electronic room booking system.
  • Experience in customer service would be beneficial

Skills & Abilities:

  • Able to establish the needs of the customer using appropriate questioning techniques and listening skills and uses them to implement solutions.
  • Able to work flexibly to accommodate the needs of the service.
  • Able to defuse difficult and potentially harmful situations, support colleagues in dealing with difficult situations and intervene as necessary.
  • Able to arrange events, manage diaries and service meetings producing agendas and minutes.

Unless otherwise stated (we do carry the occasional permanent vacancy) all of our roles are technically temporary, though opening assignments can be and often are, extended by clients on a longer term basis and can sometimes become permanent.
