Are you a Travel Sales Consultant who prides themselves on exceptional customer service? Have you got experience of working for an independent travel operator and selling a niche travel product? Would you like to work for a luxury and independent traveloperator in Windsor that offer a range of travel related services within the European market.

This exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Sales & Reservations consultant, where you will be the main point of contact for the company.

The successful Consultantwill receive a competitive salary, and the chance to travel overseas.

THE JOB:

Assisting with preparing and sending out documentation during the booking process
Processing credit card payments
Maintain relationships with trade partners
Assist in maintaining CREWS, the inhouse reservation system with product loading, pricing, itineraries and inventory
Other tasks as agreed with the Sales & Reservations Manager
Assist in occasional weekend cover rota

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar Travel Sales position.
Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook & Power-Point
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
Good workload management with the ability to prioritise all sales opportunities before other duties.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
A good sense of humour and a cando approach are essential.
