Accounts Bookkeeper - Full time / Part time / flexible


We are an established and dynamic London-based furniture design brand, looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and diligent person to join our in-house Accounts team.

All Account / general office duties.
Handling accounts payable and receivable.
Generating financial and operational reports.
Reconciling bank and credit accounts.
Company credit card and expenses.
Maintaining and organising the necessary records/files.
Month-end responsibilities including balance sheet reconciliations, journal postings, accruals and prepayments.
Other finance / admin related duties as requested.
Well experienced and proficient in Xero (essential) + Sage Line 50 (an advantage). MS Office proficient.
Experience working within a finance department.
Confident communicator, self-motivated and focused on deliverables.
High attention to detail and well organised.
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise effectively.
Experience working with multiple currency is essential.
Experience working with e-commerce an advantage.
