Description

Simpson Judge are working with an established law firm with offices based in Liverpool. They are looking for an experienced legal cashier who is ready to take the next step with their career. They are offering a competitive salary.

Duties

Processing invoices onto the system each day and pay them each week/day on a payment run.
Responsible for downloading client money and advances from the bank and onto our system.
Identifying unallocated funds
Banking checks
Processing BACS payments onto the bank.
Running of internal reports for month end/general housekeeping of accounts.
Every morning they do the office bank reconciliation, closing it from the day before and then doing that day's rec in the afternoon
Assist with month end and any other duties as required
