About Our Client:

My client, one of the world's leading global financial services, is seeking a Program Manager. The firm provides a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management, and wealth management services.

The mission of the team is to enable theTechnology division to achieve outstanding results by delivering world-class programs supporting their teams and strategic objectives.


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing an approach and plan for managing the TAP Redesign and developing the program through collaboration with two different training vendors.
  • Developing a project management approach from both vendors and is optimized to achieve target objectives by managing communications between vendors, and across the group of Subject Matter Experts to ensure roles and responsibilities
  • Driving the integration of vendor approaches to ensure crossvendor dependencies are articulated and documented, with clearly drawn lines of responsibilities and timelines
  • Maintaining a program roadmap, integrated project plan, RAID log and schedule of stakeholder communication, visible to all stakeholders.
  • Organizing workshops and working sessions as needed, ensuring agendas are clearly defined and communicating in advance, and outcomes are monitored for completion
  • Identifying risks and issues, particularly as it relates to vendor collaboration, escalating as appropriate and Identifying opportunities for optimizing work across two programs
  • Partnering with NHO project team to identify deliverables from the TAP Redesign which may be relevant to the New Hire Orientation program
  • Ensuring NHO is provided access to TAP

Key requirements:


  • 10+ years of project management in technologyrelated programs and understanding of technology concepts, terminology and thoughtful decision making
  • 5+ years in financial services organizations
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, working with consultants and thirdparty vendors, building and coordinating with a large number of stakeholders across Technology
  • Preferred experience with learning and development programs and international work experience a plus
