Set Shift Patterns-
Working days will be any 5 from 7. You will have a set shift from early/lates/nights and when required to work Satuday or Sunday you will work the below hours. We will release rota 1 month in advance for notice of working days.
- NIGHTS-Sunday to Thursday09.00pm5.30am (30minute paid break)
- EARLY-Monday to Friday5.00am1.30pm (30 minutes paid break)
- LATES-Monday to Friday1pm9:30pm (30 minute paid break)
- WEEKENDS-Saturday 7am3.30pm & Sunday 8am4.30pm ( Nights overtime will be Friday night shift or Saturday Day)
Salary:
£11.00per hour. Additional £10 bonus paid per full shift worked for night shift & additional £5 bonus paid per full shift worked for late shift.
Job Requirements:
- Confident Reach & CB Driver
- Extensive understanding of warehousing and distribution systems and processes.
- Ability to ensure all stock is handled in a way as to minimise the risk of damage while in stock or during delivery.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work on your own initiative, well organised and able to prioritise workloads.
- Flexible, can do attitude approach to work.
- Ability to communicate confidently.
- Understand the vision and values of the company.
- To accurately pick customers' orders, making sure that procedures are being followed to ensure the correct goods leave the warehouse.
- To ensure all procedures are followed with goods in and out, and that they are checked to ensure that no mistakes are made and that all goods are in good condition.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Other general Warehouse Operative duties as required.
- Ensure the warehouse management systems are kept up to date, or relevant persons informed.
- Engage with the team to ensure all activities are completed to a high standard and in line with the company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all Inbound/Outbound paperwork is in place.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and general working conditions of the depot are well maintained.
