A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join a well-established firm in their Morden office. If successful, you will be expected to handle a standard caseload of complex Residential Conveyancing matters.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales and purchases
  • New builds
  • Remortgages
  • Registered and unregistered properties
  • Help to buy
  • Shared ownership
  • Leases
  • Liaising with clients and external professionals
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years' PQE
  • Experience in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing
  • Ability to meet deadlines and hit targets
  • Manage own caseload with minimum supervision
