    Description

    Process Improvement Team Lead

    Oliver James Associates is seeking an experienced professional to support the newly established process improvement team in a rapidly growing pensions consultancy.

    This role presents a fantastic opportunity to lead change in a fast-paced business environment, with direct reporting to the Head of Business Development and the ability to drive real change.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A background in UK DB pensions administration
    • Proven experience in process improvement and business transformation
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills
    • Leadership experience, including managing a team

    To succeed in this role, you will need to have a broad understanding of pensions administration and what good practice looks like.

    This position offers remote work opportunities, but requires occasional travel to other offices and client sites. We are looking for someone who is excited about implementing change and has the freedom to do so.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Leverage expertise in process improvement and business transformation to drive positive change
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
    3. Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency
