Our client is a market-leading digital health company with over 2 million registered patients whose vision is to provide the highest quality virtual healthcare in every home, connecting patients with clinicians as quickly as possible over every available digital platform.

The role will see you ensuring a first-class service is delivered via various platforms to every patient whilst maintaining patient safety.

Work closely with internal and external partners such as our partner lab, delivery carriers and pharmacies to ensure every patient receives a firstclass service.
Provide problem / complaint escalation platform
You will be at the forefront of digital healthcare transformation and trained to support patients in receiving a safe and effective service in a fast paced and changing landscape.

The customer service team is small, united, collaborative group who thrive under pressure and enjoy the diverse day to day problem solving the role brings.

We are looking for someone who can make a positive impact and really enjoys being at the heart of the customer.
