  • Fulltime role

  • Monday to Friday (37 hours)
  • Managerial experience: showcase robust managerial expertise in supervising daytoday educational operations
  • Teaching and learning observations: regularly conduct assessments of teaching and learning to uphold the standard of instructional delivery
  • Auditing individual learning plans: evaluate and review individual learning plans to verify their alignment with educational objectives
  • Reviews: lead and engage in academic evaluations to assess and enhance teaching methodologies
  • Learning walks: execute learning walks to observe and bolster effective teaching practices throughout the campus
  • Timetable management: efficiently establish and oversee timetables, ensuring optimal resource utilisation
  • Duty manager responsibilities: fulfil duty manager duties for the campus, overseeing daily operations and promptly addressing any emerging issues

A little about you:

  • Hold a Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role, while feeling confident in your ability to complete responsibilities mentioned above
  • Previous experience in a further education college
