Recon Services are recruiting for 2 x FLT driver / Warehouse operatives for our client in Ellesmereport on a temporary to permanent basis.

Working Hours:
4 ON, 4 OFF
2 Days , 2 Nights

Pay rate:
£11.77 Standard rate, £12.84 premium hours (Friday, Saturday, Sunday Night)

Position:
FLT Driver / Warehouse operative
12 weeks through Recon services, then full time contract with the client

What does this role involve

Picking and packing
Loading & Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse
Loading and unloading trailers
Securing trailers
Labeling pallets
Shrink wrapping
Working in a team
General warehouse duties
Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail

Requirements:

Work in a safe manner and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
Must hold Counterbalance Licence
Minimum of 2 years Counterbalance experience
Applies experience and logic
Team player with a positive effect on the work environment
Consistently manages the task
Is selfaware, resilient, optimistic and open to change

Skills and Attributes:

Able to work well as part of a team
Ability to work accurately and methodically
Good communication skills
Ability to plan and organise work
An understanding of health and safety requirements
Flexible approach to duties and tasks
Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality
