Description
The successful Office Manager will be responsible for the following:
- General office stock management and ordering of Stationary, Kitchen supplies, Cleaning items, Stationary.
- Overseeing the general office operation
- Assisting with HR Administration
- Supporting Teams with with administrative tasks
- Coordinating the maintenance of the office
- Managing contracts
- Attend fire marshal and first aider/health and safety meeting as representative of the Marlow office
- Supporting and directing team members on project delivery
- Monitoring holiday allowances and providing reports to managers.
- Travel expenses
Profile
The successful office manager will have the following skills/qualities:
- Experience in delivering business processes
- Experience in in a similar role
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent commercial/business awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Focused to ensure tasks assigned are completed within desired timescales.
- Excellent organisation skills can manages multiple tasks and requests and can respond to business priorities.
- Selfsufficient and plans ahead.
- Teamwork skills
- Results driven
