Description
The successful Office Manager will be responsible for the following:

General office stock management and ordering of Stationary, Kitchen supplies, Cleaning items, Stationary.
Overseeing the general office operation
Assisting with HR Administration
Supporting Teams with with administrative tasks
Coordinating the maintenance of the office
Managing contracts
Attend fire marshal and first aider/health and safety meeting as representative of the Marlow office
Supporting and directing team members on project delivery
Monitoring holiday allowances and providing reports to managers.
Travel expenses

Profile
The successful office manager will have the following skills/qualities:

Experience in delivering business processes
Experience in in a similar role
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent commercial/business awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Focused to ensure tasks assigned are completed within desired timescales.
Excellent organisation skills can manages multiple tasks and requests and can respond to business priorities.
Selfsufficient and plans ahead.
Teamwork skills
Results driven
