Repairs and maintenance Contractor requires multi trader / handyman operatives to undertake works within voids properties, kitchen & bathroom refurbishment_ESSENSIAL SKILLS_
- Ability to undertake minor carpentry works i.e. fit base/wall units, hang doors
- Be flexible and able to work in a team
- Patch plastering
- Be trustworthy and able to work under own initiative
- Price work opportunities up to £250 per day

APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
_
- CSCS Cards
- Experience of working within Council owned properties
- Own 110 Volt tools
- Own means of transport
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- Experience of carrying these types of work before
- Minimum 2 checkable references
- Current availability
- Relevant experience
