If you're a multi-talented person with energy and ambition, then you could be our next Lettings Consultant. We're a well-established and growing business which specialises in lettings, property management and block management, and we pride ourselves on being different from other businesses in our sector. We offer a great package, including on-target first year earnings of £25k. Career progression and accordingly increased earnings are on the horizon for the right person.
Experience in the property sector is not essential; it's your personality, aptitude and attitude that will count. We will consider transferable skill-sets and full training will be provided.

Key Tasks:

Generating landlord leads.
Achieving agreed targets for new tenancies.
Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service for applicant tenants and landlords.
Marketing and presenting properties to the highest standard, including writeups, photography and 3D virtual tours.

Essential:

Work experience in a targetdriven environment of at least one year.
A will to exceed expectations.
Good at dealing with a diverse range of people.
Technically capable and embracing of software.
Positive demeanour and receptive to change.
Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualified.
Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
