Service Desk Analyst

Due to continued growth our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. The ideal Service Desk Analyst will have strong administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task.


Responsibilities:


  • Log support tickets for all issues flagged, including daily checks
  • Management of incidents
  • Build user equipment (Laptops)
  • Documentation; procedures, configurations, training
  • Maintain an orderly and tidy working environment for all areas under the control of the IT department
  • Ownership of 1st and 2nd line support processes, for example starter, leaver and transfer processes
  • Maintenance of end user and meeting room equipment (WebEx) builds and processes

Skills/ Experience:


  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 (Configuration & Support), Microsoft Office 365 (including Outlook), Google Chrome, plus other browsers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confident supporting all levels of the business
  • Experience writing technical and procedural documentation
  • Active Directory user management experience, experience in configuring and setting up PCs and laptops
  • A general understanding of LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS
