About the role:

The task of the content designer will be to collaborate with stakeholders to create, update, and review material for end-to-end user experiences (users, business, project teams)


For our ServiceNow products, they will develop and provide best practise content solutions to guarantee that users are exposed to the most pertinent information in the proper context and manner.


These solutions will be updated in accordance with a user-centered style manual that offers governance, standards, and uniformity across the platform.

Essential skills and experience


To ensure that consumers are provided the most suitable content at the correct time and place, you will be in charge of producing, updating, and reviewing content for end-to-end user journeys.

The appropriate content decisions may be made by a content designer with ease using facts, figures, and research.

By ensuring that a service or other product complies with policy intent and the aims of users are met.

Based on data and the findings of user research, evaluate current content strategy. Iteratively enhance current content


To satisfy user demands and corporate goals, produce fresh content and continually enhance old content on digital and non-digital media.

Construct logical, cohesive user journeys

Support content production across digital and non-digital platforms to satisfy user wants and achieve corporate goals

To provide content of the highest calibre, assist in establishing and implementing style and other standards.

Delivers analysis, information, and suggestions that are geared toward meeting stakeholder demands

Participate in user research and educate yourself on diverse methods of content creation.


Establish ties with and collaborate closely with colleagues who are knowledgeable about policy, law, and other fields to ensure that the content is correct and consistent.

Encourage the creation of user-centered content both within and outside of the department.


Nice-to-have skills and experience
Communicate in a direct, sincere, and compelling way while utilising the right communication techniques to maximise impact.

Promoting the use of various communication channels, including digital resources, and emphasising their advantages, particularly their ability to ensure cost effectiveness
