Apex Business Consultants have an immediate requirement for an experienced Marketing Executive.


Our Cardiff based client (a boutique financial advisory firm) has put a contemporary spin on a typically formal accountancy and finance operation and they require the skills of a marketing executive to help spread the word....


The client is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated marketing executive to support the business in its continued success - delivering a variety of strategic marketing activity to maximise current customer revenue and introduce new revenue by attracting new customers and partners.


Role Overview:

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Overseeing the content for social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring regular, relevant, proactive content is posted weekly.
  • Writing content, including press releases, editorial, blogs and enewsletters
  • Updating and managing website content
  • Manage the relationship with key strategic partners
  • Assist in the organisation of partnership events and company events
  • Management of online and customer reviews, and ensuring that inbound customer comments and messages through our online channels are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Work closely with directors on strategic marketing planning

Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally, you will have 1+ years' experience in a similar marketing assistant / executive role in professional services
  • Proven and demonstrable experience in copywriting engaging content for online channels
  • A thorough understanding of the key social media channels with experience using these platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative approach
  • The ability to work to under pressure to tight deadlines and effectively prioritise your workload
  • Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
  • An enthusiastic personality with the motivation to learn new skills and develop a broad range of marketing skills
  • Good team player, with a willingness to support within other areas of the business, as required
  • Strong multitasker, able to handle several projects at the same time
  • Able to use own initiative and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of marketing tools, including Canva and Pipedrive, and social media scheduling software is desirable but not essential.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
