Apex Business Consultants have an immediate requirement for an experienced Marketing Executive.

Our Cardiff based client (a boutique financial advisory firm) has put a contemporary spin on a typically formal accountancy and finance operation and they require the skills of a marketing executive to help spread the word....

The client is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated marketing executive to support the business in its continued success - delivering a variety of strategic marketing activity to maximise current customer revenue and introduce new revenue by attracting new customers and partners.

Role Overview:

Areas of Responsibility:

Overseeing the content for social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring regular, relevant, proactive content is posted weekly.
Writing content, including press releases, editorial, blogs and enewsletters
Updating and managing website content
Manage the relationship with key strategic partners
Assist in the organisation of partnership events and company events
Management of online and customer reviews, and ensuring that inbound customer comments and messages through our online channels are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.
Work closely with directors on strategic marketing planning

Skills & Experience:

Ideally, you will have 1+ years' experience in a similar marketing assistant / executive role in professional services
Proven and demonstrable experience in copywriting engaging content for online channels
A thorough understanding of the key social media channels with experience using these platforms
Strong attention to detail and a creative approach
The ability to work to under pressure to tight deadlines and effectively prioritise your workload
Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
An enthusiastic personality with the motivation to learn new skills and develop a broad range of marketing skills
Good team player, with a willingness to support within other areas of the business, as required
Strong multitasker, able to handle several projects at the same time
Able to use own initiative and manage time effectively
Knowledge of marketing tools, including Canva and Pipedrive, and social media scheduling software is desirable but not essential.
