Description

One of the Uk's leading real estate agencies is looking to recruit a building host for their Birmingham City Centre office.

This position requires the successful individual to deliver first-class customer service to all building guests and tenants.

Someof the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Communicating with tenants
Answering phone calls
Arranging extra services for tenants when required
Printing, scanning and photocopying
Assisting with building checks
Giving support with filling, paperwork and general office duties as needed
Sorting and distributing internal post

This role requires someone who is enthusiastic and capable of delivering an exceptional standard of customer service at all time.
