Description

Mapped recruitment is working with a retail, wholesale and consultancy business on their hire of a Group Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role reports into the Head of Finance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and consolidation file
  • Preparation of board packs
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
  • Preparation of VAT returns, ensuring that these are submitted on time
  • Assisting with various internal projects including system integrations and process improvements
  • Assisting the wider finance team with questions from other functions of the business as they are asked
  • Being a key audit contact.

Key Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience producing management accounts
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA/QBE qualified/finalist or relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • NetSuite experience will be beneficial but not essential
  • Consolidation experience will be highly beneficial
