SEN Teaching Assistant Role Information:
Monday to Friday role Based inside of one secondary academy
Located in Kettering (NN14)
Working across schools KS3 & KS4 department
Paid 85 per day during term time only
Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support sessions
Creating safe and comfortable environment for students
Following carefully structured Education Health Care Plan

SEN Teaching Assistant Applicant Requirements:
Incoming 2023 Psychology or Education studies based graduate
Strong academic background
Prior experience working with young people
Naturally warm and supportive personality
Outgoing and proactive individual
Passionate about supporting young people with SEN
Ability to develop immediate rapport with children
