This is a newly created and exciting role for an experienced Reward Manager who is looking to work with a business who empowers its people to be entrepreneurial, growth focused and have a winning mindset.

The culture of this rapidly expanding business isone of innovation, creativity and sharing new ideas.


As a key member of the Reward team, you will lead on projects that will be varied and involve the full breadth of compensation remit (including leading the design and implementation of systems and processes, developing analytics to measure the impact ofofferings on the diversity & inclusion agenda, and supporting the design and roll-out of innovative solutions).

You will have the opportunity to use your initiative to shape your work by focussing on finding opportunities, recommending solutions, project managementand building key relationships within and outside of HR.


You will be part of a small, but very effective team, who strive to provide a high level of support whilst being committed to creating an exceptional working environment.

Skills Required:


  • Compensation experience and an understanding of benefits
  • Experience of complex modelling (such as pay and bonus modelling) and statistical analysis using Excel preferred.
  • Experience with Compensation tools and Workday knowledge (ideally)
  • Project coordination experience
