The role:
As a Member Support Representative, you will be managing inbound calls from members and employers in an efficient manner, providing a highly professional service and follow procedures.
You will be customer focused and be the first point of contact within TPT, supporting and resolving member's queries and questions.
The salary for this position is competitive (dependant on experience). We also offer an excellent reward package including contributory pension, life assurance, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
In an excellent location in Leeds in modern city centre offices, we are close to the rail station and parking facilities.
