Job IntroductionThe starting salary for this position is £27,897 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.
The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis or secondment opportunity.

The Post-16 Participation Team is at the heart of Educational Effectiveness services, driving forward Surrey County Council's statutory commitments under the Raising Participation Age legislation.
As our team expands, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to step into the role of a Transition Support Officer.
These teams work to provide targeted assistance to young individuals who are not in employment, education, or training (NEET), or are at risk of heading that way.
What you'll do
As a Transition Support Officer you'll work closely with our team of Personal Coaches, providing crucial assistance in delivering personalised guidance to young people in pursuit of education, employment, or training opportunities.
