Top Job Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a leading Manufacturing company based in Clacton-on-sea working within the Screw Extrusion Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, set and run extrusion lines
High standard of cleaning and rebuilding
Start and Close down extruder lines
Undertake minor running repairs
Advising engineering department on any major repairs
Product testing equipment
Liaise with department supervisor
Load Hopper and transfer polymer to storage racks

Required Capabilities:

Strong Production/Manufacturing background
Good attention to detail
Mechanical Knowledge would be ideal
Able to work under own initiative
Able to work part of a team
Adhere to HSQE standard

Full time Monday to Friday

Shift pattern - 2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on night

Day 6am - 2.30pm

Night 9.15pm - 6.15am

There is also opportunity for overtime within this position.

Starting salary £27300 (including shift allowance)
