Part time permanent post, 18.5 hours per week

Based in Vauxhall, London or Reading with hybrid working arrangements in place to accommodate both office and home working.

Flexible working arrangements available within Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm and including evening working on Tuesdays (to 8pm) and weekend working on Saturdays (10am to 1pm)

Salary in the range of £11,897 to £14,540 pro-rata per annum (£23,793 to £29,079 per annum, full time equivalent)

£1,650 pro-rata per annum location allowance payable if London based (£3,299 per annum full time equivalent)

Our adoption teams focus on assessing prospective adopters who can consider fostering to adopt and/or adopting a wide range of children including those over four years old, sibling groups of two or more children, children from diverse ethnicities and children who may have physical or learning disabilities.

We're looking for an Enquiries Officer to join our team who operate our frontline enquiry service providing information and advice.

If you have outstanding customer service skills, are competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages, accurate in the use of database systems and can demonstrate effective listening skills whilst developing your knowledge and understanding of our adoption enquiries, then we would like to hear from you.
