My client who specialises in sourcing exceptional professionals with a focus on the I.T, Engineering and Finance sectors is looking for a Senior Temp Recruitment consultant to join their busy branch in Swindon.

They pride themselves on bringing a modern and personal approach to recruitment using their creativity, strategic thinking, and an unrivalled network of top talent to help their partners invest in people.

They have ambitious growth plans and are currently seeking experienced Consultants to join their team.

The Role:

Business Development.
Obtain appointments, attend client meetings and sell the services.
Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with prospective clients.
Grow business via expansion of existing clients.
Provide sales leads to the Sales Team.
To obtain full booking details (including all necessary H&S information) and person specifications from clients maximising each opportunity for placements.
To ensure all clients have signed Terms of Business and that all rates are in line with company expectations.
To maintain an accurate database by regularly updating worker and client profiles.
To arrange and attend Client Service Visits.
