You will be joining the Platform Engineering team, which is responsible for the tooling that underpins multiple aspects of the Strats projects including delivering Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tools including Test Automation and Monitoring as wellas Reference Data management and Grid compute orchestration.

It also works with Deutsche Bank Technology groups to provision hardware estate and Control functions to address Regulation and Policy adherence.

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and supporting the intraday and endofday pricing, risk and P&L reporting in Kannon's expansion across Deutsche Bank
  • Responsible for implementing and improving the control environment enhancing robustness and minimising outages
  • Working in partnership with Trading, Structuring, Methodology, Technology and Operations to support the buildout of the strategic analytics platforms

Your skills and experience

  • Excellent experience of infrastructure and database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, Redis, RMDS
  • Able to multitask different projects and prioritise against tight deadlines
  • Experience within banking or finance and an understanding of cash and derivatives financial products
