Exterius FM are excited to recruit the role of Team Member to join our Specialist Cleaning division, this is across our industrial blue chip client base.


You will be required to report to the Office in Atherstone for 6:15am each morning to head off for the shift which can vary from high pressure steam cleaning of a large warehouse exterior, jet washing a retail park, 15mtr carbon fibre high vacuuming, label removal and nano protection or even chewing gum removal from a school...

The working day is a physical day so you will need to have a strong back ground in a physical working industries with commuting to site and some over night stays working away.

We are pleased to say that we put our teams in Premier Inn hotels, rooms on their own with breakfast and evening meals paid for, this is on top of a £25 a night "staying away from home" payment.

Overtime is also available paid at £150 for a Saturday shift and £250 for a rare Sunday shift.


You will need to complete a training course for the safe use of cherry pickers - IPAF as you will be required to work at height safely.


Wages are paid on the last working day of the month with a wage slip sent via e mail on the same day.


It is vital that you have a full driving licence, your own vehicle and are willing to work away both day and or night shifts when the client requires.

For working away we aim to give a minimum of 7 working days notice with occasional travel to site the night before shift.


Salary:
£28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
