**Clinical Lead - Nursing Home
£19.35 per hour / £44,000 per annum
Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire**
The Client
Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead for an elderly nursing home in Hemel Hempstead.

The Role
A Clinical Lead is required to join the dedicated and experienced team

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Registered Manager in providing leadership, guidance, and management to the nursing staff
Ensuring that nursing staff adhere to company policies and procedures
Daily supervision of all nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care
Being a role model clinically and supervisory

The Person

Registered Nurse qualified
RGN/RMN
Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
Strong leadership and previous senior nursing experience

Salary
This is a full time position £19.35 per hour working 3/4 clinical shifts per week including weekends and occasional nights shifts
