What you will be doing...

Marketing Apprentice - Customer Experience, based at Holiday House, Leeds City Centre.


What will you do in the role?
Support the development and coordination of implementing marketing plans and projects, including the logistics of supply and delivery of printed material across our Holidays and Flights businesses

  • Optimise the branded customer experience across multiple touchpoints, as well as work on projects that brand our industryleading Leisure Travel journey.
  • Work closely with other Marketing functions including Creative Services, E-Commerce and Content
  • Work closely with our In-Flight Retail & Cabin Services Teams to help optimise inflight engagement and drive sales through pretravel and onboard marketing initiatives
  • Support work across our Customer Insight projects including research, surveys and our mystery shop programme

What are the key skills/experience you'll already have?

  • You will have robust numerical and data analysis skills
  • You will be an effective and enthusiastic communicator
  • You will have good IT skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have a strong attention to detail
  • You will have a passion for excellent customer service

This is a
hybrid role working 2 days a week in the office, with the ability and scope to work flexibly from home for the remaining time.

Your apprenticeship will last approximately 18 months. Upon completion, you will be expected to progress to the role of Customer Experience Marketing Specialist.
